late payments

if no prior communication was made regarding a possible extension for any initial or EMS payment, a $1 late fee will be added to your total each dayif multiple claims are made and total is $10+ late fees will be added per claimafter 7 days (168hrs) your claims will be forfeited with no refund and you will be blocked from joining all future GOslate DOMs payments will result in item forfeiture - no exceptions

I reserve the right to remove you from a GO and refund your claims if I no longer feel comfortable having you in my GOs 𝜗ৎ please respect my other joiners and my time

joining my GOs

  • USA okay, WW okay (more expensive)

  • be respectful of everyone!

  • NO DWAYORS/DNIs

  • NO back-outs without replacements

  • be responsible! do not join if you cannot pay on time

  • carefully and thoroughly read captions of GOs you intend to join

  • please send story proof when you receive your items! this is important for any GOM

payments

initials, EMS, DOMs, tariffs/customs
EMS and DOMs may be made into one payment from time to timeput the correct payment note on any and all payments. failure to do so means your payment will not be accounted for and will NOT be refunded!payments made without filling out my payment forms will not be accounted for. please use the formspayments made in g&s will not be refunded, please ensure your payment is friends and family onlypayments made with incorrect/no notes will not be refunded. please make sure you're sending the right payment notes

TARIFFS/CUSTOMS: due to imposed tariffs, all GOs are subject to additional fees (customs, tariff, etc). please be aware of your commitment to all payments when joining my GOs. these additional fees may be added to EMS/DOMs payments but no items will be sent out until I receive notice of fees. all storage and late fees apply thereafter.

I do not trade WW! I will only trade WW if you pay for shipping both ways

I try to reuse/recycle any packaging in good conditioneach toploader can hold up to 3 single sleeved pcs or 2 double sleeved pcslarger items will have a $1+ GOM fee added to DOMs paymenta packaging fee will be applied and will be divided per packaging item
(ie: 10pc pack of boxes is $10 = a $1 fee will be added for your box)

  • I will always send address confirmation before sending anything out

  • I try to reuse packaging when it is in good condition

  • drop off days depend on my work schedule but are typically wednesdays

  • video proof of drop off at the post office will be sent in dms/posted to story for stamped

  • tracked mail send outs will be tagged in my story

  • I will not drop off a trade without receiving stamp proof!

USA untracked shipping: $2+ (up to 1-4 pcs)
USA tracked shipping: $6+ (5+ pcs or larger items)

address collection and item storage

address forms will be used to collect addresses and are deleted after your package is dropped off! you have 24-48 hours from when the address form is sent to fill it out or your claims will be forfeited with no refund
if available: once DOMs are requested, I can hold items for a maximum of:
- smaller items (post card size or smaller) for up to 2 weeks
- larger items for up to 1 week
- please DM me if you'd like me to hold your items while another GO is arrivingfailure to pay DOMs within my deadline will result in your claims being forfeited without refund**
